8. The warranty does not cover:

a) Defects caused by unexpected and unpredictable events, such as accidents, force majeure, acts of vandalism, public riots, fires, intense weather phenomena, or any other event that is not connected to manufacturing defects.

b) Defects caused by impulsive perturbations (surge) exceeding the limits permitted by current regulations.

Once the analysis of the faulty fittings is completed, the supplier will confirm the causes of the customer’s failure and determine if it is covered by the warranty.

If the failure is covered by the warranty, the supplier will proceed to repair or replace the product(s).

The supplier may charge the customer for freight expenses related to returned fittings that are not defective, as well as any costs associated with managing, analyzing, and transporting the goods.
